Built in 1973, by Atlantic Marine Incorporated of Jacksonville, Florida (hull #115) as the E.N. Belcher Jr. for the Belcher Towing Company of Tampa, Florida.

In 1993, the tug was acquired by the Coastal Tug and Barge Company of Miami, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Coastal Boca Grande.

In 2009, she was acquired by Transmontaigne Product Carriers Incorporated of Denver, Colorado. Where she was renamed as the Boca Grande.

In 2009, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2011, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2020, she was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Houston, Texas.

She was a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,100 horsepower.
