In 1986, the tug was acquired by the Tesoro Petroleum Distributing Company of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 1989, she was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Bill Cenac.
In 2008, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services of San Antonio, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Bill.
In 2011, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2014, she was acquired by Diversified Environmental Services Incorporated of Tampa, Florida. Where the tug was renamed as the Cindy E.
Powered by two, Lugger L6140 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.5:1. She is twin screw, square bow, push boat. Rated at 1,160 horsepower.
