MARION (1941)

Built in 1941, by the Bethlehem Steel Company of Beaumont, Texas (hull #247) as Agnes A. Moran for the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York.

In 1970, the tug was leased. Where she was renamed as the Marion.

In 1971, she was returned to Moran Towing of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Agnes Moran.

In 1974, the tug was acquired by the DonJon Marine Company of Hillside, New Jersey. Where the tug was renamed as the Carol Ann Witte. However she was later renamed as the Witte I.

She is no longer listed in documentation, her current and or final disposition is unknown. The tug was single screw, rated at 750 horsepower.
