Built in 1968, by Nolty J. Theriot Incorporated of Goldean Meadow, Louisiana (hull #23) as the Evelyn Collins for Nolty J. Theriot Offshore Incorporated of Golden Meadow, Louisiana.

In 1978, the tug was acquired by the Planta Trust Company of Panama City, Panama. Where she was renamed as the Wilma.

In 1981, the Planta Trust Company renamed the tug as the Wilma I.

In 1997, she went out of documentation. Her current, and, or final disposition is unknown.
