In 2022, the company was acquired by the Seward Marine Services Incorporated of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Kayla T.

The tug's capacities are 27,000 gallons of fuel, 5,000 gallons of fresh water, 350 gallons of lube oil, and 350 gallons of clutch oil.
