Built in 1975, by the North American Shipbuilding Company of Larose, Louisiana (hull #103) as the El Aventurero.
In 1999, the tug was acquired by Moby Maritime Corporation of Miami, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Moby III.
In 2009, she was acquired by Captain Ron Greger of Napa, California. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2015, the tug was acquired by Captain Robert Greger of Fairfield, California. Where she was renamed as the Amy Elise.
In 2017, the tug was acquired by the Curtin Maritime Company of Long Beach, California. Where she was renamed as the Seana C.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
