DELTA TARPON

Built in 1979, by Hebert Iron Works of LaRose, Louisiana (hull #1) as the Royal Gull for Herbert Iron Works of LaRose, Louisiana.

The tug was later sold, where she was renamed as the Channel Runner. Then, as the Lady Nicolette, and then as the Lady Eagle.

She was eventually acquired by Delta Towing of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Delta Tarpon.

The tug was then acquired by AquaTerra Contracting, Incorporated of Dallas, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Irene Z.
