WEDDELL SEA
Built in 2007, by Sea Boats Incorporated of Fall River, Massachusetts (hull #7) as the Scott C. for Sea Boats Incorporated of Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
Launched in October of 2006, she is a twin screw tug powered by two Caterpillar 3516 B diesel engines for a rated 4,500 horsepower.
In 2011, the tug was acquired by Kirby Inland Transportation of Channelview, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Weddell Sea.
