Built in 1985, by Moss Point Marine Incorporated of Escatawpa, Mississippi (hull #C071) as the Ade Tide for Tidewater Marine Services Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 1997, Tidewater Marine Services Incorporated renamed the tug as the Rayong Tide I.

In 2009, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.
