Built in 2013, by SENESCO Marine Incorporated of North Kingstown, Rhode Island (hull #208) as the Haggerty Girls for the Reinauer Transportation Companies of Staten Island, New York.

She was the third B. Franklin class FACETTUG tug designed by Robert Hill of Ocean Tug and barge Engineering for the Reinauer Transportation Companies.

Powered by two, MTU/DDC 16v4000 diesel engines. With Lufkin RS2850HG reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.515:1. Turning two, 104(in) Sound propeller services, stainless steel, fixed pitch, propellers. Mounted in kort nozzles, with a Nautican, triple vane, rudder system. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 4,000 horsepower.

The tug is outfitted with a Beacon JAK 400 coupler system. Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW Marathon Electric 363PSL1607-1 I generator sets. Driven by two John Deere 6068-T marine diesel engines. The tug is fitted with an additional emergency 65kW generator set, driven by a John Deere 4045-T diesel engine.

The tug's capacities are 114,202 gallons of fuel, 1,178 gallons of hydraulic oil, 4,006 gallons of lube oil, 18,997 gallons of water, and 28,691 gallons of ballast.

Her deck machinery consists a 25 horsepower JonRie INTERtech capstan, with a control panel. And a SOLAS approved rescue boat, and SOLAS approved electro-hydraulic davit.
