Built in 1975, by Halter Marine Services Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana (hull #488) as the Mister Don for the Jackson Marine Corporation of Houston, Texas.

The Jackson Marine Corporation was owned by the Halliburton Corporation of Houston, Texas. The company owned a total of ninety vessels. Consisting mainly of offshore tugs, and supply vessels. With some chemical transport and well stimulation vessels.

In 1985, Zapata Marine Service, Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated, and Jackson Marine Services merged to form Zapata Gulf Marine Service Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1986, Seahorse Marine Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana merged into the Zapata Gulf Marine Company adding an additional ninety vessels to the fleet.

In 1992, Zapata Gulf Marine Incorporated merged with Tidewater Marine Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 1995, she was acquired by the Campbell Towing Company of Wrangell, Alaska. Where the tug was renamed as C.F. Campbell.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where she retained her name.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3516B diesel engines. With Reintjies AF-871 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.455:1. Turning two, 108(in) by 80(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,400 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel diesel engines engines. The tug's capacities are 99,068 gallons of fuel oil, 1,231 gallons of lube oil, 300 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 5,780 gallons of water.

The tug's towing gear consists of a Nordic, single drum, towing winch. Outfitted 2,400(ft) of 2.25(in) towing wire. With an electric anchor windlass, and double capstans.
