
Built in 1978, by Houma Shipbuilding Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #69) as the the Al Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana
The tug was later acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana where she was renamed as the Susan Crosby.
In 2015, the tug was acquired by the Seaward Marine Corporation of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Miss Morgan.
Powered by two, Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines, turning two, fixed pitch propellers. For a rated 1,800 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two 30kW generators. The tug's capacities are 14,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 2,500 gallons of potable water.
The tug's towing gear consists of a Smatco, anchor towing winch. Driven by a single, GM 4-71 diesel engine. As well as, one capstan mounted on the stern.
