In 1979, the tug was acquired by Lane Towing Incorporated of Barataria, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Mr. Lane.
In 1979, she was acquired by Adcas Marine Towing Incorporated of Marrero, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mr. Lee.
In 1982, the tug was acquired by Lane Towing Incorporated of Barataria, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Lady Michele.
In 1983, she was acquired by Duthu Marine Towing Incorporated of Marrero, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1995, the tug was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Lindberg Crosby.
Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. For a rated 1,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 12,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 2,500 gallons of potable water.
