TINA
Built in 1977, by Gladding Hearn Shipbuilding of Somerset, Massachusetts as the Tina for Wilmington Tug of New Castle, Delaware.
Originally, powered by two Detroit Diesel GM 16V-71N diesel engines, turning two Murray and Tregurtha z drives. Outfitted with two Federal propellers, for a rated 1,070 horsepower.
In 2006, the tug was re powered with two, Lugger 6170A diesel engines. With two, Ulstein 4111WM HRP z drives. For a rated 1,800 horsepower.
