In 2007, she was acquired by American Commercial Barge Line LLC. of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Sue Ellen.

Powered by two, Cummins QSK19 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,320 horsepower.
