In 2013, the Chatham-Colonial Towing Company was acquired by the Vane Brothers Company of Baltimore, Maryland. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2021, she was acquired by Dixie Towing LLC. of Jacksonville, Florida. Where the tug was renamed as the Dixie Trader.
In 2026, the tug was acquired by the Carver Marine Towing Company of Coeymans, New York. Where she was renamed as the Georgia M.
