In 2025, the tug was acquired by Gulf Oceanic Marine Contractors Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Theo C.
Powered by two, GM 16V-149TI diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a triple screw tug, fitted with kort nozzles, rated at 5,200 horsepower.
