Built in 1961, by the Hans Hyansen Welding Company of Toledo, Ohio as the Burlington for Weeks Marine Incorporated of Cranford, New Jersey.

In 2012, she was acquired by the River Rat Tug and Barge Company of Rochester, New York. Where the tug was renamed as Redemption.

In 2013, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and, or final disposition is unknown. She was a single screw tug, rated at 125 horsepower.
