In 2008, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Cy Cenac.

In 2008, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Cy.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M1 diesel engines, with Twin Disc reduction gears. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,700 horsepower.
