Built in 1942, by the Foss Tug and Launch Company of Tacoma, Washington as the Joe Foss for the Foss Tug and Launch Company of Tacoma, Washington.
In 1972, the tug was sold, and renamed as Little Toot.
In 2009, She was later acquired by an individual named Brynn Rydell of Gig Harbor, Washington. Where she was converted to a recreational vessel, and she was renamed as the Joe.
