Built in 2021, by Rodriguez Shipbuilding Inc. of Coden, Alabama (hull #322) as the William O. for Weeks Marine Incorporated of Cranford, New Jersey.

The tug was specially designed to support dredging work, the vessel can perform anchor handling and towing. The design features characteristics of a towboat and lugger style towing vessel.

Powered by two, Cummins QSK 19-MRCS diesel engines. With Twin Disc MGX-5222 DC reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.0:1. Turning two, four blade 66(in) by 54(in), stainless steel propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,500 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 65kW, two Cummins QSB7-DM generator sets. The tug's capacities are 16,000 gallons of fuel, 12,000 gallons of water, 350 gallons of lube oil, and 350 gallons of hydraulic oil.

The towing equipment consists of two, Nabrico DF-156-40-15BE winches with 84(ft) of 1(in) wire, mounted on the bow. And, a single drum winch with 900(ft) of 1(in) wire on the stern.
