Built in 1999 by Houma Marine Fabricators at Houma, Louisiana (hull #115) as the Henri' Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2008, the tug was acquired by TEPPCO Marine Services LLC of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2009, TEPPCO Marine Services' parent company, Enterprise GP Holdings, merged its operations with its partner company, Enterprise Product Partners LP. At that time, all assets of TEPPCO Marine Services were transferred to Enterprise Marine Services LLC of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Henri'.

Powered by three Cummins KTA19-M2 diesel engines, with Twin Disc reduction gear. She is a triple screw towboat, rated at 1,590 horsepower.
