In 1980, the tug was acquired by the Independent Towing Company Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the ITCO XVIII.
In 1982, she was acquired by Badeaux Marine Transport Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Angela Badeaux.
In 1982, Badeaux Marine Transport Incorporated renamed the tug as the B. J. Badeaux Jr.
In 1984, she was acquired by Sneed's Shipbuilding Incorporated of Orange, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1984, the tug was acquired by Marine Rental Incorporated of Orange, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Bailey Ann.
In 1998, she was acquired by Universal Towing Incorporated of Garden City, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2004, the tug sank along the Gulf Intercoastal Waterway. However, the tug was raised and salvaged.
In 2008, she was acquired by Coral Marine Services Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2016, the tug was acquired by Washburn Marine Towing Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Courtney.
In 2017, she was acquired by Ivy Marine Incorporated of Daphne, Alabama. Where the tug was renamed as Rylee Paige.
In 2020, Ivy Marine Incorporated was acquired by the Whitaker Marine Group of Daphne, Alabama. Where the tug retained her name.
