In 2012, she was acquired by Louisiana Marine Operators Incorporated of Broussard, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Maxx B.
In 2020, Louisiana Marine Operators Incorporated was acquired by the Whitaker Marine Group of Daphne, Alabama. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, twelve cylinder, Catepillar 3500 diesel engines. With Caterpillar 7241 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.07:1. Turning two, 80(in) by 69(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, four bladed propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,150 horsepower.
