Built in 1982, by Hunt's SteelShip Corporation of Pine Bluff, Arkansas (hull #215-85-82) as the Pushmataha for Warrior and Gulf Navigation Incorporated of Chickasaw, Alabama.

In 2014, the tug was acquired by Louisiana Marine Operators Incorporated of Broussard, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Allison.

In 2020, Louisiana Marine Operators Incorporated was acquired by the Whitaker Marine Group of Daphne, Alabama. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Catepillar 3512 diesel engines. With Twin Disc Model 5600 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.04:1. Turing two, 80(in) by 69(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, five bladed propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,560 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 60kW, Caterpillar 3304B generator sets. The tug's capacities are 18,000 gallons of fuel, and 4,000 gallons of potable water.

The towing equipment consists of two, 40 ton, Patterson face winches.
