Built in 1963, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #120) as the Gulf Prince for Gulf Mississippi Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1972, the tug was acquired by the American Offshore Fleet Company of Galliano, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Dennis W. Guidry.

In 1974, she was acquired by the Foss Maritime Company of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Margaret Foss.

In 1989, the tug was acquired by the Sause Brothers Ocean Towing Company of Portland, Oregon. Where she was renamed as the Go-Getter.

In 1997, she was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Brian S.

Named for Brian Schmid, a Seattle, Washington resident who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at the age of four months old. As an adult, Mr. Schmid volunteers with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on a board to organize sponsorship events.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Rebuilt in 1991, she is powered by two, EMD 12 645E2 diesel engines. With Falk RM 2135 reduction gears, at a ratio of ratio 2.98:1. Turning two, 80(in) by 78(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in type 19 kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 60kW generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit 4-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 61,000 gallons of fuel, 4,200 gallons of water, 2,000 gallons of lube oil, and 500 gallons of hydraulic oil.
