Built in 2013, by Nichols Brothers Boat Builders Incorporated of Freeland, Washington (hull #174) as the Ahbra Franco for Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Jamie Renea.

In 2021, Centerline Logistics’ harbor ship assist operations in California and the Pacific Northwest was acquired by the Saltchuk Marine Group of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, Caterpillar C-175 diesel engines. With a ratio of 6.42:1, and two, Rolls Royce US 255 FP z drives. Outfitted with two, four bladed, fixed pitch, NiAl 2,800(mm) diameter bronze propeller propellers. For a rated 6,850 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, Caterpillar C6.6 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 70,870 gallons of fuel, 11,170 gallons of water, and 1,288 gallons of lube oil.

The towing equipment consists of a Markey ship assist hawser winch, mounted on her bow. And, a Markey towing winch mounted on her stern. Outfitted 2,600(ft) of 2.25(in) towing wire.
