Built in 1956, by Pacific Coast Engineering of Alameda, California (hull #171) as the Sea Hound for Crowley Marine Services Incorporated of San Francisco, California.

The tug was eventually sold, where she was renamed as the Rosarito. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown.
