Built in 1982, by the Marlin Marine Corporation of Houma, Louisiana (hull #5) as the Wilton Leboeuf for the Marlin Marine Corporation of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1987, the tug was acquired by Sea Ray Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Mr. Bradley.

In 1990, she was acquired by the Caillou Island Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Wilton Leboeuf.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3406 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW, Cummins generator sets. The tug's capacities are 9,500 gallons of fuel, 100 gallons of lube oil, and 4,000 gallons of water.
