In 1981, the tug was acquired by the Central Gulf Towing Incorporated of Cut Off, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 1996, she was acquired by the Austin Marine Company of Harvey, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mr. Austin.
In 2004, the tug was acquired by Triple S Marine Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Dianna Marie.
Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 516 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.
