Built in 1982, by the Delaware Marine and Manufacturing of Milford, Delaware (hull #120) as the Odin for the Eklof Marine Corporation of Staten Island, New York.

The tug's construction began at the Delaware Marine and Manufacturing Company in Milford, Delaware. However, her hull was later towed to Mariner's Harbor in Staten Island, New York to the Eklof Marine Corporation's yard for completion.

In 1993, the Eklof Marine Corporation was acquired by the K-Sea Transportation Partnership Incorporated of East Brunswick, New Jersey. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2011, the K-Sea Transportation Partnership Incorporated was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2014, the tug was acquired by Cenac Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was completely rebuilt, and renamed as the Jutte Cenac.

In 2019, the Cenac Towing Company was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2020, she was acquired by T.W. LaQuay Marine Incorporated of Port Lavaca, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Jewel Fisher.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by the Seward Marine Corporation of Norfolk, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Matty T.

Powered by two, Detroit Diesel 16V149 engines. With Twin Disc MG540 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.18:1. Turning two, outboard turning, 72(in) by 72(in), Aqualoy Kaplan, four bladed, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,860 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 50kW Condec Lima generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel 471 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 29,430 gallons of fuel, 520 gallons of lube oil, 11,750 gallons of ballast water, and 2,800 gallons of potable water.

The towing equipment consisted of two, Nabrico electric, hydraulic, push winches, mounted on her bow. Outfitted with 1(in) cable.
