In 1979, the tug was acquired by the Alter Barge Line Incorporated of Wynne, Arkansas. Where the tug was renamed as the Frank R. Alter. And, was operated by the Lawson and Lawson Towing Company Incorporated of Wynne, Arkansas.

In 2011, she was acquired by the Marquette Transportation Company of Jefferson, Louisiana. Where he was renamed as the Myra Eckstein.
