Built in 2019, by Nichols Brothers Boatbuilders Incorporated of Freeland, Washington (Hull # S-190) for Bay and Delta Maritime Services Incorporated of San Francisco, California.

The first hybrid tractor tug in Bay and Delta’s fleet, she is powered by two Tier III compliant Caterpillar C3516 C diesel engines, and by two Rolls-Royce 424 kW electric motors. With two Rolls-Royce 255FP z-drive units, for a rated 5,350 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by three CAT C9.3 generators with 300 kW each, and one C7.1 150 kW harbor generator. The tug’s capacities are 75,000 gallons of fuel, 11,175 gallons of fresh water, and 1,000 gallons if lube oil.

The towing equipment consists of a Rapp HA-75E winch on the bow. And, a Rapp AHTW-50E towing winch, outfitted with 1,200(ft) of 2(in) synthetic line on the stern.
